AAA WHAT offers FREE shipping across GTA (Greater Toronto Area), and internet purchases valued at $30 or more (before taxes). See below for complete details – some exceptions do apply.

Orders over $30 (before tax)– FREE
Orders below $30 (before tax) – calculated at time of checkout

Shipping Method:

AAA WHAT has its own delivery employees. We will ship items door to door.

Shipping Address:

Your shipping address must be in GTA. We do not ship outside of GTA. All pricing and charges are in Canadian dollars. Ontario taxes will apply purchased items.

Processing and Delivery Time:

All orders are processed in 24 hours and delivered in next day (Monday to Sunday including Canadian statutory holidays). In addition, customers can specify delivery time by selecting date and time in checkout page.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Also, gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once you send us return request email, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, we will contact you to arrange a picking up time then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items

Final sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Then we will contact you and deliver a new item to you, but you have to pay the delivery fee which is $5.00 in Greater Toronto Area.
